Is characterized by the treatment of the whole person, taking into account many factors, such as body, mind, spirit and a person’s environment. And leaning more toward prevention.

Here’s how we’ll work together to assist you best:

Let’s get to know each other on an Free Introductory phone FaceTime, or Zoom consultation.
We will go over what is your biggest concern, what you’d like to change, what you’d like to know or learn about moving towards a more holistic approach to living.
It’s important that we ‘click’ and that I feel I can meet your wellness needs and expectations.
Second
We’ll set you up with the right forms in order to gather all the pertinent information needed to start you on your journey to better health/lifestyle.
- Eating patterns, likes/dislikes (food/diet),
- med’s you’re taking (for potential interactions with supplement)
- lifestyle and exercise level all matters.
Third
We will meet in-person (or online) for an hour to go over your information and ensure we are well positioned to move ahead.
We’ll re-affirm what you’d like to get out of the process (goals) and how were going to start that process.
Then What?
